With the moving target that is the details on the SBA’s Payroll Protection Program, it should come as little surprise clients that were able to get it now wonder if they have to pay it back, or how much. Join ODU Institute for Innovation & Entrepreneurship and BB&T on September 9, 2020 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM to for a virtual discussion of what you need to know to be prepared when completing the PPP Loan Forgiveness Application.

Application Review Process and Timeline (Financial Institution and SBA)

Legislative Changes:

  • Giving borrowers 24 weeks to spend the funds instead of eight
  • Giving borrowers more time to rehire employees without losing forgiveness eligibility
  • Extending the period of time during which borrowers can apply for forgiveness
  • Documents required (Payroll, FTE and Non-payroll. This documentation will need to be submitted with the PPP Loan Forgiveness Application)

The next webinar in our NASA LaRC OSBP Learning Series will be The Vendor Roundtable on August 19, 2020 at 1:00 PM.

This virtual panel discussion will feature some of NASA’s most successful and experienced Federal contractors, our Fiscal Year 2019 NASA Agency-level Small Business Awards Winners:
