This month’s LCSC meeting will feature guest speakers Martha Gross, on the engineering as well as the management, coordination, planning, and contracting of the HRBT Expansion Project, and Shelley Bond, on Pamunkey Indian Enterprises, plus an Office of Procurement update by Rob Betts.
