This document includes an attached checklist for Documenting Secure Software Development Activities in Support of EO 14028 Section 4e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n The second memo, Increased NASA Utilization of Multi-Agency Contracts and \u201cBest-in-Class\u201d Contract Solutions for Common Goods & Services<\/strong>, was signed on January 27, 2023.
